For etched bottles we send a digital proof first. Nothing is etched until you sign off on it.

Bottles are finished, packed and shipped by our licensed partner. An adult 21 or older signs for each delivery.
Custom wine gifts, answered
Can a winery put my company's logo on a wine bottle?
Yes. We etch your logo or message permanently into the glass of wine we grow and make in the Russian River Valley. If you'd rather keep it simple, we send our own bottles gift-wrapped with your note.
What does an etched wine bottle look like?
The design is cut into the glass, so it reads as a soft frosted mark on the dark bottle and stays after the wine is gone. People often keep the bottle. We send a digital proof before anything is etched.
How many bottles do I need for custom corporate wine?
Tell us your number. Most of the corporate orders we're asked about are 100 to 300 bottles, but the quantity is up to you. It also shapes the price per bottle, alongside the wine and the bottle size.
How much do custom etched wine bottles cost?
Pricing is set per order and depends on three things: how many bottles, which wine, and the bottle size (750 ml or magnum). Because every order is different, we price each one individually. Send us a quantity and a budget per bottle and we'll come back with a price.
How long does it take to get custom wine bottles?
Timing depends on the size of the order and your delivery date, and we can turn orders around quickly. Tell us when the gifts need to arrive and we'll plan the order around that date, whether it's a holiday, an event or a wedding.
Can you ship wine gifts to many different addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of recipients and we'll ship each gift individually through our licensed partner, Vinoshipper. We can only ship to states that allow direct-to-consumer wine shipping. There are no P.O. boxes, and an adult 21 or older has to sign on delivery.
Can you include a personal note with each bottle?
Yes. Send us the wording and who it's from, and we'll gift-wrap each bottle with your note, etched or not.
Is custom wine a good wedding or event gift too?
Very much so. Wedding parties, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and company celebrations all suit an etched magnum, or a bottle etched with names and a date.
